Pros

Working at Talus has been great! Very seldom you see the CEO of an company walk around the office. I love the fact the our CEO doesn't mind communicating with us and has an open door policy with him. The opportunity for growth is wonderful. The company usually look at the current employees when there is a new position available, giving them the opportunity grow in the company.

Cons

There is always room for improvement with any company.

Big focus on customer service. Lots of improvements to culture happening. Really big plans for the future that I'm excited to be a part of.

Old technology. Office feels a bit late 90's sometimes.
