I started out as an Independent Sales Agent (ISA) for this company and have since worked my up through the recruiting department and am now a Corporate Mananger running my own team of 20+ ISAs. This company has been phenomenal! I have always been provided with excellent support; we have an open door policy from top to bottom and everyone is always willing to help in any way they can. Talus is also committed to making sure we have a bright and prosperous future together. we are always looking at ways to improve the workplace as well as the products and services we provide. Great place to start and build a career!

Cons

Very aggressive commission structure. This is definitely a job where you get out what you put in and there is always work to be done when working off of commission. However, I would restructure the commission to reflect more obtainable goals.

New and exciting benefits - including lower costs to employees +fam on healthcare, flex spending acct and 401k. Exiting new leadership team and CEO sharing company earnings and progress (every quarter to all employees). Very positive environment.

Cons

Employees equipment (phone, computers and laptops) could be updated.
