Pros

A great company to work for, great people, great environment. A lot of opportunities for growth either within your own department, or if you want to try new opportunities the company allows you to and provides all training to make those changes possible. New management that began early 2017 is changing the company for the better.

Cons

401K was not offered before but Talus will be rolling it out this year. Hardware and technology needs improvement within the office but management is working on that too.

Funds Management dept is awesome and I enjoy my team mates. The work is challenging and rewarding at the end of day and you feel good about assisting and educating other departments and our main goal, the Clients...

Cons

No 401K or Vacation time just PTO time which is 1 day a month depending on your service date... We now have 401K starting in June 2018... GREAT!

Cons

To get a pay increase you have take a test and pass with 80. Pretty sure the managers don't have to take a test to get a pay increase.
