Pros

Such a fun place to work with an amazing culture. So many benefits from free/hot lunches, to on-site doctors and therapists, leadership programs, yoga and walking clubs, employee EPCOT trip, the list goes on. For a ballpark that gets so much hate, the front office is really incredible and cares about their employees.

Cons

Low salary, way below industry standard and what other teams offer

Pros

The company culture is very positive and progressive especially compared to other MLB teams. There are tons of employee initiatives, employee-led committees and a genuine effort to provide a cool place to work that respects the employees. Yes, it is sports and by that nature it can be chaotic at times...but management is transparent with employees and the benefits are quite good both in terms of perks and in terms of health/financial resources and benefits. Also lots of good upward mobility...this is a great place to intern or start your career in sports.

Cons

Most of the cons are just due to the nature of sports. Pay is less competitive compared to other industries and you will probably be expected to work flexible work schedules.
