Such a fun place to work with an amazing culture. So many benefits from free/hot lunches, to on-site doctors and therapists, leadership programs, yoga and walking clubs, employee EPCOT trip, the list goes on. For a ballpark that gets so much hate, the front office is really incredible and cares about their employees.

Great workplace for a part time or seasonal worker. Very clear policies and guidelines with a friendly atmosphere and workforce.

Cons

Not as easy to transition from seasonal to full time roles. Comes with the nature of the job though more than the company itself
