Easy part-time for those looking to get extra income.

Cons

They expect you to work every single game and if you can't, they will fire you. For most people this is a PART-TIME side job. If you want people that commit that much time, then only hire snowbirds who retire to Florida and don't have anything else better to do with their time. And you don't even make that much a game during a regular shift; it's like less than $40.
