The people you work with are really nice. And at least at my part time position its always changing so its different everyday

Cons

Its hard to break into a full time job. What i do now i deal with a lot of fans and they always seem to complain about something. Sometimes its hard not to get frustrated

Cons

You must be willing to work long hours during the season The opportunity to work for a pro sports team (where everyone else wants to work, too) often means you'll make less than you would at a less attractive job.
