Business Plan was Flawed

When I worked there it was a fun place. Good Christmas parties, celebration of milestones, friendly people.

Cons

This company never should have gotten funded. The business plan was flawed. It is a small market with a huge capital investment, and the product was not designed to bring in good margins. As a result this company will never make money. It is astounding that it even IPOd at all. The share price after IPO says it all. Also there was a culture of keeping mediocre people that were buddy buddy with management and letting go those that weren't. Standard practice in the industry perhaps.
