-friendly mid-size culture lends to a blend of structure and opportunities to make personal impact -decent campus and benefits -relatively flat leadership hiearchy -incredibly transparent with employees on product map, financials, and potential headwinds

Cons

-can feel somewhat siloed among different buildings and it is a bit of a walk -low stock price

Pros

They are making peoples lives better. You are working for the good guys and improving peoples lives. Growing company full of innovation.

Cons

Company went public and took a huge hit due to manipulated health insurance coverage. Based on that I would say it's too susceptible to the markets. Medtronic has too much of the market but Tandem's pump is better. Too bad better doesn't win.
