Great company but horrible Customer Technical Support "Management/Training" team

Pros

Great company providing insulin medical pumps for customer's with diabetes. Fun environment and knowledgeable employees.

Cons

Management is horrible. They expect new employees to be flawless, especially within 2-3 weeks of training. Beware of the "Customer Technical Support management team" and their high expectations. Management will go based off subjective interpretation and they will not provide a 3 month probation period for improvement and competency.

Great products. Touch screen is unique.

Cons

The culture changes depending upon what division you work in. Upper management lacks communication and motivational skills. There is no focus or direction.
