Pros

At first it sounded like a great empowering company that cares about its employees with an open door policy

Cons

Micromanaging, obsessive inappropriate management who will blow up your phone to check on you, though the President continuously stated on company calls “whatever you need just let us know” they refused to reimburse for approved reimbursable expenses or provide us with the basic tools we needed to work from home. Zero opportunity to grow, the same gang who has been there the longest will always dominate the advanced roles. Poor compensation structure and expensive benefits. Terrible work life balance they want you to be a slave at all hours. They claimed they wanted diversity but they picked and chose their causes very carefully to align themselves with politically fashionable causes, the other minorities’ issues meant nothing to them and in fact we’re ignored when brought up to their attention. If it wasn’t cool, they couldn’t care care

Pros

They were nice & helped me find steady work.

Cons

Checks were late, they never got back to me about whether or not they switched my status from temp to perm because the job they had me assigned to never claimed me as permanent even though I signed the employee paperwork after three months working temp stating that I was. They don't return calls. They got me work but the companies they work with do not care about employees & want to keep you at temp status permanently so they can mess with your tax info, not pay unemployment when you quit from the toxic work environment. This temp agency hires the very young with little experience & if they mess up your info, you're screwed. They lied to me & said the place I would do admin work for is ADA-compliant & it was anything but. I could've died from a heart attack & the management wouldn't have cared. If you're desperate for work, you're better off looking somewhere else, or trusting your own job search.
