      The staffing industry as a whole is one where it takes a person who is self-driven and willing to learn in order to succeed. An employee will have to dedicate extra hours, especially in the beginning during the learning phase. With that being said, it is an industry that can be very lucrative for an employee, but as most things, you have to put in the time to see that success. Thank you for your comments!       Great opportunity to get into the industry.

      Pros

      Small, lean team to be able to have more one on one coaching in real time. Also, having the ability to implement new ideas and work both client and candidate business was appealing.

      Cons

      Support from the top down. This may depend on division, but you're only as good as your leader and your ownership and I feel that was a failing point.

We have a significant technology budget to support the growth of our firm, as well as memberships and contracts with the major job boards, as well as niche job boards.
