      I got a temp job through them

      They really need to take into consideration if you're resume matches what an employer would like. Speaking of clients, they should listen to the temp workers when an employer they're temping for is super disrespectful. I reached to my recruiter out as soon as I noticed there was something not right about the employer. They were not up front that there were previous temps there that had the same issues as I did. Yes, I found those previous temps. Why work with a client who has zero respect for the people you send there? It's all about money and ignoring problems that are arising until you're ready to tear your hair out. I'm not a dollar, I'm a human

      Great people, awful business practices

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility to plan your day how you want. Work from anywhere. Decent money if the placements are there.

      Cons

      Everything else. This is very-much a smile and dial recruitment firm where people are pushed to the point of burnout. Client recruiters and management take whatever jobs they can get their hands on and demand activity regardless of if the job is fillable or not. Senior leadership preaches taking breaks that middle leadership does not support. Monthly pay (which is an absolute joke in 2021) with poor benefits and a draw system that punishes recruiters for performing well out of the gate. False promises about future career growth are abound. Promotions are simply a title change and nothing more, the chance to move to business development seems eons away.

      Glad I saw the light

      Pros

      Good and extensive training, potential to earn a lot of $$$$. Some good people with a lot of industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Very long hours expected, things must be done their way. Some really not very nice people working there, at times it was bordering on bullying. Initial pay barely enough to live off.
