Pros

I had a great recruiter who helped me get the job I was looking for at fair pay. Things didn't work out at the position, but it wasn't Tandym's fault at all. They were very pleasant to work with and professional

Cons

Don't have anything bad to say about how things went with them. Give them a shot. I met some other people at the job they helped me get who had been contracting through them for years and seemed quite content.

Tandym has faced some challenges and achievements in the past few years but now it looks like things are improving. Senior management has reorganized the front office to align better with the company’s vision, and this should result in more success for everyone. The leaders have also spent a lot on updating Tandym’s tech stack to make this firm more advanced in this area. With more structure and training coming up you can sense that Tandym is on the way to finding a winning system that will help its current and future employee’s flourish. If you get the chance give this firm a try for yourself and you will see what direction they are going in.

Cons

Many things have been changing and will keep changing for the next few months. This can make your job difficult. Once things calm down, this firm should be better off with more chances to succeed.
