      Pros

      Can make money if you sell you completely drop everything one and everything in your personal life.

      Cons

      Long hours, no human element, no regard for peoples well beings or anything that is going on outside of work. Cut throat company culture which stems from the people who are in positions of power. I advise anyone who is considering making the switch to work for this company to think long and hard about what you value and what matters to you. If all you care about is making money than this is the place for you. Multiple snow storms where cities shut down, but the hire ups at TESG pressure you to risk your life and battle the elements. Most of these reviews are fabricated from people who currently work there to restore their image. Even if you work 60-70 hours a week, the expectation is that you should work more.

      Great Office Environment, Company Is Growing

      - FTL office is high energy and staff is very motivated - Acknowledged consistently for your hard work - Given solid guidance on how to grow in your career - Your ideas are heard and implemented quickly

      Cons

      - Miss out on seeing/working with partners/senior leaders being outside of headquarters

      1. Flexibility and am emphasis on work-life balance. 2. Transparency and support from management. 3. Truly cares about employees and their success. 4. Supportive employees creating a company culture that makes it fun to come to work everyday.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't great because of the nature of the staffing industry.
