      Pros

      They have a generous commission structure. There is an ability for money to be made.

      Cons

      The leadership lacks organization and are running a desk of their own. They cut commissions with out discussing when you are making too much money. There is a lack of communication. The backend office makes a lot of errors and they lack a support team.
