Pros
Management treats every employee like a true professional. Enjoyable atmosphere that allows for a productive work environment. The teams are very welcoming to a new hire. The interview process is gives you a true feel for how the company operates. They are upfront and honest about what they are looking for in a candidate and stay true to their word. If you are motivated and hold yourself accountable this is definitely the place to be!
Cons
I would prefer to operate with two computer monitors for production reasons and they only provide one. However, the day to day tasks are still very manageable with one.
