DID NOT disclose OT limits "you can work as much as you want". Manager had to contact Tandym management beyond my recruiter. Insurance benefits costly to the point of satire/obligation. No holiday pay or relocation assistance. Advancement was mentioned in a murky way. In reality it comes down to popularity within the company, which Tandym has No control over. Spending time NOT as the company's employee detracts from this. Limited clearance at job site. Time in service as contractor did not count as time spent at Parent company. Little time off accrued under contractor

Management makes a lot of bad decisions that have led to recruiters quitting, being laid off, and getting fired. They changed systems and tried to reinvent the wheel causing massive drop off in production. They are driving the company into the ground.
