The staffing industry as a whole is one where it takes a person who is self-driven and willing to learn in order to succeed. An employee will have to dedicate extra hours, especially in the beginning during the learning phase. I recently started here with The Execu- Search Group. Management is incredible and so supportive. One of the best companies I have ever worked for. Everyone is so friendly here and the training was great.
