Pros
I personally came from another staffing firm before The Execu-Search Group and it is absolutely night and day with how this company is operated compared to where I was at. First off, they genuinely care about you and where you want to grow within the firm. When I was interviewing, they were more than flexible and accommodating with my work schedule. Everyone I met with during the interview process was kind, very knowledgeable of the industry and down to earth. I began my career here in the NYC headquarters office, but it was a goal of mine to work out of their Boca Raton, FL office and help grow out the divisions down there – again, they were more than happy to allow for this transition, and I could not be more thankful. Upper management has always been extremely supportive and with every win we have- they are always there to congratulate you. The perks here are unmatched- great PTO, summer Fridays, casual Fridays, very understanding of work-life balance, frequent team outings and a GREAT commission structure. Also, they truly care about your personal growth here and offer many different types of trainings and classes. Unlike other staffing firms, there is no micromanagement and no hardcore metrics. There is an entrepreneurial mindset here and what you put in you will receive. If you put in the work, you will thrive here. I thoroughly enjoy coming into work every day and could not be happier for the team I have. This is a company you want to work for, and the Boca office is growing exponentially!
Cons
The only thing I can think of for this section is that the Medical Benefits are pretty expensive and the 401k plan could be better for internal employees.
