      I have went through the interview process with numerous companies in a variety of different fields and I have to say that my experience with Execu-Search is right up there near the top. It was straight class all the way through! Their hiring manager was a total professional and she always made sure that Once you go in and meet the employees you know why the company is such a success. You feel comfortable with them from the minute you shake hands and they really make an effort to make you feel the family environment. The offices are absolutely gorgeous and the location is as good as can be. If you are thinking about a career in the staffing and recruiting industry, or just want to work for a wonderful company, I HIGHLY recommend Execu-Search!

      I do not have any cons regarding my experience with Execu-Search. I truly felt that they are a great company that holds themselves to the highest standard of excellence.

      They hire new grads (bc they don't know much better).

      Cons

      Just don't get fooled by the star ratings and the good reviews here, it's all upper management trying to cover up the bad reviews. Honestly, the smart ones leave this place as soon as they see the chance, they make it sound like it's such a hard job and it's difficult to understand... But really even a high school grad can do it. Also, micromanaging is insane --- and even people who aren't you're managers have something to say about your work. they will suck every penny out of your earnings if they can, it's ridiculous to see the unbalance of how much the upper management makes by taking a cut of the earnings you work so hard to make. Just not a great environment to be in, I don't recommend.

      Pros

      Career-oriented, cooperative search firm. Everyone works hard, but with each other. Clear expectations outlined and great resources and support from management.

      Cons

      Would love a better snack/coffee selection. It keeps people at their desks! Benefits are a bit light.
