      This is a good company to work for as a second job or for someone where money is not an issue.

      Cons

      This company does not pay enough for the type of work you have to do. You may also have to wait for your full pay for a couple of months due to a contract through the doe.

      There is a lot of flexibility and great management. I am able to figure out what works best for me and stick to a schedule with minimal supervision.

      Pros

      When I began here at the Execu-Search group i didn't know what to expect, but as time went on I have grown to love my time here. When I first started people who had been here for 2 months to many many years went out of their way to help me in any way possible and make me feel like I was part of the team already as a new member. There is unlimited potential depending on how hard you work, and there is a lot of potential to grow within this company. The best part is that we all work hard, but we are rewarded with things such as a ping pong tournament or bonding over the world cup to not only enhance the office life but bring co workers close together.

      Cons

      It is hard work at first, but after you get a grasp on the routine becomes just like any other job. Isn't your typical 9-5 job, if you want to earn more you have to put in more time just like any other position!
