Toxic Sales leadership team. Zero positivity. No matter how great you do there will always be a negative turn. Anything but perfection is not good enough. LITERALLY! Get a new sales leadership for WW. Sales leadership will not hesitate to sabotage and make up excuses to get rid of employees he does not like or that may push against the grain for answers. There is a reason AEs dont work in the sales team for 12-24months (look it up do the research). No growth. Toxic negative leadership. I would not recommend working on the sales team at WatchWire by Tango.

My prior colleagues were top-notch professionals who always brought their A-game to the table.

Cons

The serves are perpetually sluggish, like dial-up internet in the age of fiber optics. Every interaction feels like a flight against clunky interfaces and dated technology. It's like they're stuck in the early 2000s, while the competition is soaring through the stratosphere of innovation. You'd exepect a cloud platform to be light and airy, but this one feels more like wading through digital mud.
