Pros

A place where you can expect international exposure and total career progression. I’m happy here because all my hard work are recognized and rewarded. A company that really lives out its principles on diversity. Most, if not all, employees possess a high level of proficiency in our respective roles. The energy in the company galvanizes everyone to be our best selves.

Cons

Time-consuming tasks. It's a results-oriented organization where slacking is a no-no.

Not much tbh...maybe the fact that you're not micromanaged and flexible in going to appointments during the day.

Cons

- pay is not fair. - lacking transparency of the company goal and objectives. - mid level management doesn't communicate plans just throws more work at you. - poor benefits. Not much of a care about employee health and wellness. - don't value their people. Just another person who can easily be replaced.

You’re given a lot of freedom and it’s nice to be entrusted to get projects done without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. There are opportunities to work from home and they’re flexible with hours, which allows for a positive work/life balance.
