Pros

The organization can be helpful to the freshers to gain the knowledge

Cons

Company is following bureaucracy methodology. Top management is not good, tends to be cold, myopic, and out of touch with basic leadership skills. Also, don't expect to move up, the job are hired for is the job you get.

Flexible work arrangements were made. Working from home made things a lot better.

Cons

No one listens to the employees, opinions and suggestions were not welcome. Processes lack implementation that things go haywire at times. Not everyone here is friendly, that working alone is more preferable.
