I have been working at Tanisha Systems full-time for almost 15months. I am a current employee of Tanisha Systems and have been with them for the past 15months. Never had any issue with Immigration & Legal process and payroll & bonus. Gorav (CEO) is really focused on the growth of employees. And will get you long term projects. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, My project went on hold and I have been laid off from the client on March 20th and Tanisha Systems Inc paid me for the full month of March. Payments are made ON- Time to the employees.

Cons

As per my prior experience, there is no negative about the company.

1) A very streamlined processes 2) On-time salaries 3) Quick to respond staff 4) Overall and amazing and very smooth experience. 5) no issue with immigration process - visa, gc The staff is very helpful right from interview process till months after getting the job. They have communicated with me regularly and taken my feedback about the experience i had working for their client.
