Not good environment to work due to lack co-ordination between managers, this is making employees under managers like a hell.

1. This company has lots of potential. 2. They have clients like hcl,wipro,L&T,CTS,Xavient,Birlasoft,mphasis.

Cons

1.Salary never on time(7th-11th of the month) 2. Incentive never on time (1-1.5 years they take to pay). 3. Incentive structure is good but policy is worst in staffing industry 4. The more you stay the more money you will lose in this company 5. Management is not supportive not good at all. 6. No strict increment/appraisal policy.(Done once in 2 year) 7. Suppose you achieve target in X quarter by not in next Y quarter then you won’t get incentive for your previous (x)quarter. 8. Management do not stick to their words. They make fake promises. 9. Management so much calculative. 10. No award no recognition. 11. I won’t recommend anyone.
