Pros
I got a job through Tanisha System with one of the big end client. There are no pros as they don’t do follow ups, they don’t reply through emails or calls, etc.
Cons
Every other month payments are late. You have to call them and email them so many times and you get reply back. Leaders never gets on the phone to help you with your concerns. Such a shame that big vendors work with Tanisha system. They should ban them as no one in the company cares about their employees.
