It was nice journey with TSI for the last 5 years. Consultants efforts are recognized & are valued. Comfortable work environment. Management took care of H1 Visa & my dependents visa along with my Green Card processing. They pay yearly bonus.

Cons

So far well maintained, expect some small Issues.

The compensation is great, and also the benefits. Working with the team is pleasant and you can tell they really care about their employees.

Cons

There isn't anything negative i can say about Tanisha Systems, since I have never had a bad experience.
