Tanisha takes care of every individual case as a challenge and works with great dedication until they place their employees. One of the best part of Tanisha, I have to mention is The Documentation!

I have been working with Tanisha systems (more than a year) Always responds to emails in a timely manner. Efficient team structure who have sound knowledge about immigration processing. Transparent about salary and benefits.

I used to work as a consultant for a Texas based consulting company. And my previous employer have applied my H1B extension and got denied multiple times. I had lost my all the hopes to get H1b extension and work in USA. At the right time, one of my friend recommended me to talk to 'Tanisha System' and they were able to help me to get H1B extension without any issue. Not only me, they helped many of my friends to get there H1B and H1B extension. That's not the only pros I can think. - Salary is paid properly (Bi-Weekly) and always on time. - Everything regarding the salary is transparent. - Very easy to connect with the Tanisha's team if have any question - The compensation is great, and also the benefits. Working with the team is pleasant and you can tell they really care about their employees.

Cons

There isn't anything negative i can say about Tanisha Systems, since I have never had a bad experience.
