Pros

It was nice journey with TSI for the last 5 years. Consultants efforts are recognized & are valued. Comfortable work environment. Management took care of H1 Visa & my dependents visa along with my Green Card processing. They pay yearly bonus.

Cons

So far well maintained, expect some small Issues.

President of the company is Tughluq who don't have any sense or Knowledge how to do the business. He didn't trust the employees. salaries will not pay on time . Guys don't trust this company

Cons

They don’t pay incentives on time. They don’t even give Salary hike to employees, even after asking multiple times. They don’t even bother to respond also.

nothing positive about this company. very unprofessional attitude of management and Managers working here

Cons

only 6 people can have food at one time. always delay in salaries. incentives after 7-8 months that too not 100%, not more than 50 % or even 10-20% no transport facility CEO is good but helpless HR is puppet in the hands of management
