Only been here a couple months but from what i've experienced, great people and culture. Everyone is willing to help out, you need only ask. Lots of flexibility with regards to how you want to organise your day, as long as you get your work done. Selling a solution that is current, relevant and that works always helps. Working with some very talented people. Good wfh perks + other company benefits. Excited to see this company scale!
Cons
Company branding can be improved - well established in NAM and EMEA, but little to no brand awareness in APAC region. Resources are widely available but requires a little bit of site hopping, as there are little bits of information everywhere, which increases the complexity of sourcing especially for new hires. Expected though... with any migration.
