      Pros

      The individual contributors are all very motivated and great to work with.

      Cons

      Management has gone from cultivating a culture of collaboration and doing the right thing to a very corporate harsh culture. Layoffs are happening and the employees left are being asked to take on new roles and duties without an increase in compensation or any job duties being taken off their plate. The teams left are quickly hitting burned out status. The team is struggling and can't do the right thing for the customer anymore.

      Team members are extremely smart, motivated, and helpful. Work you do is important. Interesting, varied, and advanced technologies.

      Cons

      Be ready to hit the ground running. Not necessarily a con, but you need to be motivated, adaptable, and learn quickly.

      Time at Tanium has been a fantastic experience

      Pros

      It starts at the top with great leadership who are skillful at running a sound and healthy business and also care about the wellbeing of employees. Beyond that, getting to work with some of the brightest and best individuals to tackle difficult problems together is very rewarding.

      None that I have come across so far.
