      - Having Autonomy within the day to day to lead with action and making sure business - Great Pay - Awesome people with a great culture - no drama/ etc - The product still has many untapped potentials as it expands to other markets and modes of applicability. - Work/Life Balance is there if you're on top of your business and management understands
