      Pros

      Work life balance because there isn’t high demand for the product

      Cons

      Where to begin Senior leadership on the EE side is poor. Old boys club style management that leads with fear tactics. All that matters is the number you produce and there is zero empathy at the senior leadership level. I did not spend much time with this company because of this org and I’m glad I got out when I did. The product is strong but it is a nice to have, not a need to have. Not a place to grow a career.

      Most employees at Tanium are bright thinkers, full of potential.

      Cons

      Tanium leadership is is an example of nepotism at its finest. What you’ve read in the news about the former CEO is 100% true, and if you look behind the curtain at their diversity, equity, and inclusion numbers, you’ll wonder how they’re still in business.

      Good Pay and compensation at the moment.

      Too many to list. The worst part is that they bring over toxic culture from the Deutsche Bank rejects to infect Tanium with. After that they start to multiply as the one Deutsche Bank reject invites his/her former friends from Deutsche Bank to join him /her. Yeah you know who I'm talking about if your reading this! But on a serious note, This was once a great company to work for, too bad it aint so anymore.
