      Pros

      - Great manager, very supportive and gives great training - Flexible remote-first culture - Very talented co-workers - Relatively transparent leadership, very strong culture - Exciting product that is easy to get behind - Lots of opportunities to volunteer as a team

      Cons

      - This is currently mainly a company for people who prefer working remote and flexibly in the office (which I am one of those people!). It is not the company for you if you are looking for robust in-office experience everyday, unless you are located in our sales org which is majority in-person.

      Pros

      Culture is great. The 2000+ employees "live the core values". The Tanium Platform is a game changer. Our unique technology helps our customer's trust their data, thus enabling them to make better decisions.

      Cons

      Our marketing team is fixing the only "con" I see, which is a slight lack of brand awareness.
