      Pros

      The team works together to do what's right for Tanium, the team and any candidates. Managers do not pass judgment and are very supportive. Training and career advancement/expansion is available.

      Cons

      The forecasting for hiring/recruiting could be more concise and consistent, but any starts/stops are because Tanium is continuing to evolve, and the leadership wants to do the right thing.

      Love Tanium. I get to work on incredibly interesting problems with some of the most talented people I've ever met. Great work life balance and lots of opportunity to make an impact, even though it's now a $10b company. Very excited for our continued growth
