      Pros

      technology - loved the underlying tech, but the UI is very modular and not workflow orientated. culture - was good for 12mnths then layoffs started. pay - above average

      Cons

      culture - was good to start as growth looked positive, then it all changed upper management - growth of the company - seems to have stalled, waiting waiting waiting for IPO (never going to happen) direction of the company - historically only went after BIG customers which took along time to land, now there's a shift to go after SME customers, but the support module isn't in place. how the lay people off - brutal

      Generous benefits including RSUs/stock option, uncapped holiday Solid product In general, great, knowledgeable and friendly collegaues

      Cons

      Old school bully mentality. No regard for individual wellbeing from middle management. Regular redundancies

      Be careful - Tanium portrays a perfect image on the outside but its a different story on the inside

      Pros

      The first year is ok until you realise that unless you are not near the top, your voice is not heard

      Cons

      Unless you are not in higher levels of the hierarchy, you can find yourself stuck at the same level for a number of years. Trust is not given to employees, and the voice of the more senior members is listened to blindly, even at the detriment of those on the levels below. It's recently become a very toxic environment.
