      Pros

      There are some great people at Tanium who truly believe in the product. Opportunities are a mixed bag - you might be able to do some new things, take on tasks you have never done before. However, you may be expected to do these new things with minimal guidance or training. Higher than average salaries.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking and inconsistent. Constant changes and restructuring doesn't leave much time to gain efficiencies or shift from a firefighting mentality. Burn out is very real. Benefits could be better - No real change in 401k or education benefits over my time.
