I’ve been working at Tanium for a while now, and it’s truly one of the best companies I’ve experienced. The flexibility here is fantastic, with a hybrid work model that allows me to balance working from home and coming into the office. The office is modern, well-equipped, and a great place to work from when I’m in. The work-life balance at Tanium is excellent. I never feel overwhelmed, and the company genuinely respects personal time. The salary is also competitive, making me feel appreciated and valued for my work. Overall, Tanium offers an ideal combination of flexibility, fair compensation, and a supportive work environment. It’s a great place to grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Highly recommend!

- product-wise the company is very solid, innovative in many areas and delivers a platform that actually makes a difference - mature tech company that's still private and grants RSUs to all employees (that's a rare combination), - bit of a start-upish vibe locally, since the office in Krakow was opened less than a year ago, - Culture is great - very collaborative and dedicated to keep the standards high, - TA-specific: good process with a lot of autonomy for TA function, that's treated as a business partner here, not a delivery unit. - TA-specific: great leadership in TA org, advocating for the needs of Recruiters and making sure we have all of the means we need to be succesful, - TA-specific: it's a company on a growth curve, so a lot of hiring so far - busy is good!
