A Place to Sharpen Your Skills & Be A Part of a Team
Pros
The company does a great job making you feel part of a team even though they support 100% remote work. People managers are full of best-practices as many have been recruited from much larger public organizations. That said, rarely do you encounter co-workers with a 'this is how we always did it at XYZ company'. Onboarding was amazing (took over two weeks) with Marketing roles having to take Sales-related training to better understand the business.
Cons
Interview process was unusually long (two months+ in my case) due to a) the large number of folks they wanted me to meet, and b) even after you ran that gauntlet; I still needed to meet with and receive the approval of one of the company founders. This made calendaring interviews a long process so just setting expectations for interested candidates.
