      Pros

      Used to be good. Current CEO and leadership team, lacks vision and capability. Will be a future business school study on how a once-great tech unicorn was run into the ground did a poor leadership and lack of vision.

      Cons

      immature, and incapable leadership. Lack of innovation in the product. No diversity CEO lax accountability to the team and is fake. Zero regard for customer success. Only focused on IPO and the company will never get there with the current leader leadership..

      When the hybrid policy was put in place we were all told that the company would not use individual attendance data for employment decisions. Now they have completely reversed that and management is denying stock refreshes to employees who aren't in the office 3 days per week, even though the data they use doesn't track PTO, sick days or other excused absences!
