      Pros

      Some of the smartest people I work with I’ve met here at Tanium. Everyone works hard and is aligned on company goals. The majority of the leadership team are great at helping make Tanium the rocket ship that it is today.

      Cons

      There have been multiple failed attempts in the past at becoming more of a customer centric company that has led to some distrust within certain organizations when it comes Customer Success. Some members of the leadership team started with Tanium and have never worked in another organization which can sometimes be a hinderance to the performance of the organizations they oversee.

      Pros

      All of my coworkers were great to work with, everyone is always very helpful and some of the smartest people I have worked with.

      Cons

      Very few in my opinion. The only con was when there was a push for return to office.
