      good pay, work life balance, exposure to work on industry standard tech-stacks, you will enjoy the work if you like cybersecurity/endpoint management domain.

      Cons

      - engineering culture is a hit and miss; some devs are great to work with, while some are passive-aggressive. This make the workplace less pleasant to show up everyday with your authentic self. - development team lacks diversity and tend to be male-dominated.

With a perfect cultural fit you can overcome in lacking experiences. Rest assured that I will stay until retirement.
