      Pros

      Interesting work, competitive up-front pay, supportive front-line management

      Cons

      The company praises itself for its culture, but management tolerates and often promotes toxic geniuses. If you "know enough," you can treat others however you want and nobody cares. Those individuals often form cliques of like-minded people who support each other. The company's 401(k) match is very anemic at 3k/year. The company's vision insurance allows you to get new frames only once every two years.

      Pros

      Great culture and loved all the people I worked with. Was able to work cross functionally across the company and felt supported and valued by managers and senior leadership.

      Cons

      Lots of swings and changes which is expected in tech but not ideal when it hurts company growth and trajectory. E.g. building out orgs, collapsing them, then rebuilding again. Just means executive leadership isn’t making the right decisions.
