      Pros

      Great tech. Genuinely nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Little care for staff. Teams hired and let go on a whim. Managers have little or no real interest in building honest relationship with team and mentoring IC's is completely unheard of from what I witnessed. Letting staff go seems their preferred tact. Local HR only interested in the companies position, facts or reality seems to be of little consequence.

      Even though the company is global, they can keep in close contact with each other and share information.

      There is not much care after joining the company, so it would be good to have a lead-in to the manual.
