-Company stalled for a few years prior to new CEO. Missed an opportunity to capitalize on its market position. -No clear path to promo or yearly raises. Depends on the visibility of your work and your manager. -IPO intentions are not clear. Leadership fails to communicate a plan to IPO. Employees are left working endlessly towards a moving target. -Executive turnover is concerning

There's no psychological safety at Tanium. The more senior engineers often "test" new employees, and they take what seems to be immense pleasure in publicly pointing out, in abusive and demeaning ways, when someone makes a mistake. This behavior discourages questions for fear of further abuse. Teams are very cliquey. Those who "pass" the tests are included in social activities, others are excluded. If you're in the "in" club, you're much more likely to have a successful career at Tanium.
