Business Outlook
Pros
Tanium is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The culture is amazing. The mantra of "One Team One Fight" is alive and well here. Work-life balance is great, and compensation I would say is above average. Just a great place to work all the way around.
Cons
Tanium issues all of its employees MacBooks, which I am not a fan of for an office type environment like ours. Had to set up a VM environment to run some of our productivity tools native to Windows.
