-Great coworkers -Great Work/Life balance

Cons

- VERY HIGH turnover rate, so there's always a personnel shortage. - Not competitive with benefits/compensation at all compared to other hospitals in the Atlanta market - Administration is unsupportive and completely out of touch

I have enjoyed my career at Tanner. The benefits are good, time off is generous and the family atmosphere is nice.

Cons

There is not a clear pathway when you're in a leadership role. Not much diversity in the leadership team. Need to promote more from within.

Extremely low pay, no focus on employee retention, drama interferes with the real job at hand, losing good talent because of lack of attention
