Pros
Great coworkers. We are fully staffed with dieitians, but may have one opening soon when 1 dieitian leaves to go out of state. Great staff to work with in the hospital. All of the nurses, dietary, and custodial staff are all extremely friendly. Good sized office space. Pay is much better than anywhere else I had applied to before I got this job. I had read a review from last year that said pay was terrible for this position, and I was turned off at first. Once I decided to apply and talked to HR I was very content and even a little surprised. The CNM is great and organized and really let's us do our own thing for the most part. No "micro managing". My experience has been great and nothing like the previous review that I read from last year.

Workload can vary and you can be expected to stay late some days, but it's not the norm.
